Black wool jersey knit fit & flare dress by Galanos. 1950s/60s era. Extremely full skirt with what seems like 100s of tiny pleats gathered around the hips and opening up into the flowing skirt. Stripes of silk satin attached vertically on bodice, down each shoulder/sleeve and around waistband & sleeve edges.
One repaired hole on the skirt that's easily hidden in the many folds. Interior bodice is boned and lined with delicate silk chiffon. Lining has some fragility to it. Otherwise in very nice condition!
Mannequin is a size 2/4. Dress has a tiny waist and best fits size 0.
